NURTUREart’s benefit is an annual gathering of friends and colleagues who come together to celebrate the work of nurturing artists, curators, and local public school students.
Every year, artists, students, friends and supporters come together to connect, collect artwork, and champion the work of amplifying creative voices while building necessary resources. The support of our donors is an essential part in making our exhibitions, public events, and education programs not only possible, but also successful. Our benefit raises funds for NURTUREart to:
• Provide direct services to artists and curators through exhibitions and an online registry;
• Present free public programs that include film screenings, performances, workshops, and talks; and
• Bring arts programming into public schools, unlocking students’ creative potential.
The 2017 Annual Benefit co-chairs included Jack Eriksson, Rico Gatson, and Rachel Klinghoffer and was hosted by EFA Project Space at The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts. Check out pictures from the event below.
